90 days from the date of receipt of goods.
Warranty-Qualified Cases
Products are still under warranty period.
Products are damaged due to manufacturer’s fault or seller’s transportation.
Non Warranty-Qualified Cases
Products are out of warranty period.
Natural material characteristics such as pattern variations, and small air bubbles within their structure.
Surface color changes caused by exposure to direct sunlight, UV rays, excessive temperatures, stains, inks or dyes, or due to natural oxidation over time.
Damages caused by normal wear and tear.
Damages caused by improper installation, except where installation was completed by the manufacturer.
Damages caused by sharp objects during consumers’ usage.
Damages caused by misuse or abuse in any form by the user (standing on, throwing, applying harsh forces,…).
Damage caused by use against recommended purposes, environments, or settings.
Damages caused by the buyer’s transportation (in case the buyer arranges their own shipment).
Damages caused by force majeure such as floods, storms, fires, earthquakes,…

Please include the following information in the email:
- Name
- Phone number
- Your order number
- The name of the item(s) that is damaged/defective
- Photo(s) of the damaged/defective item(s), along with a close-up shot(s) of the issue
- A brief message describing the issue We will respond to your message as soon as possible
Please do not discard the damaged/defective item(s) and contact us via [email protected], as we may need to collect it for further assessment or up-cycling purposes.
